This pull requests:

• Adds qop header according to RFC 2617, untested, I haven't found any device/server that uses it. I've taken the chance to clean up a bit the code in that area.
• Exports the details type and moves the connect options as separate type for easier external use
• Bumps node types version to fix Buffer.concat type error (it was bugging me lol)

I welcome if anyone is able to test the qop.
